How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund:

2. Include your order or subscription reference and the reason for the refund (optional).

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription renewals

For subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
