Terms of Service — DNA WEB LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, application or service operated by ELP Ventures IV LLC, doing business as DNA WEB ("DNA WEB", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. DNA WEB Trading access requires compliance clearance and a valid subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.

3a. Reseller / Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, download invoices and request refunds at any time via paddle.net.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not misuse the Services, including by attempting to harass, defame, harm third parties, circumvent security, reverse engineer the platform, or use outputs to make automated decisions that violate applicable law.

5. Reputation & Intelligence Data

Information surfaced by DNA WEB is aggregated from public sources and provided "as is" for informational purposes. DNA WEB does not guarantee accuracy or completeness and is not a consumer reporting agency under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, models, content and trademarks are owned by ELP Ventures IV LLC (d/b/a DNA WEB) or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNA WEB's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
